Introduce our service user to our counsellor and psychotherapist to assess their needs and tailor an 8 week program to suit the service user.
The 8 weeks will include an outdoor holistic approach to self love and care eg, walks, mountineering, rock climbing, team building, abseiling, white water rafting, paddleboarding, watersports, zip wire, indoor and outdoor tailored to suit our service user and environment.
Also days will consist of meditation, breathwork, cacao ceremonies, sound healing, group energy healing, workshop and events etc. We will also provide a choice of arts and crafts, group mindfulness, cooking, nutrition and food, gardening homeopathic remedies, cold water therapy, sauna, swimming, floatation tanks, airbeds for soundhealing, holistic retreats, firewalking, fire ceremonies, arrow breaking, yoga, tai chi etc.
Also the 8 week program will be structured to obtain tools for self love and care and to empower themselves as we believe over this time they're whole perspective will change moving forward.
The program will also have integrated one to one counselling, wrap around 24 hour support. We will also be offering one to one reiki healings, angelic reiki healings, life coaching and mentoring, alongside other holistic therapies - ie massage techniques, full body, reflexology, Indian head etc to destress, detox and allow our service users to feel in balance with homeostasis and to have a more one to one experience to integrate, open up to their wholeness.
